Breakfast could be improved with better quality products. The lounge is not nice and quite dark.

During our stay at the Marriott, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were always friendly and were very good too assist us to London. The location of the hotel also made it very convenient for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for its clean and comfy rooms and the helpfulness of the staff.

This place was in a nice area not far from Tube and there was a bridge that went over the road. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff was warm, kind and very helpful. I loved the free welcome drink and the amenities provided in the room for my convenience. The in-room breakfast was a great way to start the day and the leisure facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool and sauna, were fantastic.

This venue could have been more welcoming rather than staring like a security guard, but overall, I recommend this hotel to friends looking for a great location, excellent service and wonderful amenities.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the History Museum and close to the tube station. The staff at the restaurant were always friendly and welcoming, starting the day off right with a smile. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast options were delicious and there were plenty of facilities available for guests to use. a pleasant and convenient stay.

The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved.

We had a great stay at the London Marriott Hotel Kensington. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby tube stations and attractions like the museums and Hyde Park. The hotel is clean and the rooms, though on the small side, were comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. The staff was polite and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met. The icing on the cake was the air-conditioned room and the lovely comfortable bed, which allowed for a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the ice machine in the corridor nearby. Plus, the hotel offered good value for money compared to other options in London. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for a stay in the city.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff members were warm and helpful, from the concierge desk to the breakfast staff. The manager even went out of their way to open the executive lounge early so that I could have breakfast before my early departure. The location was also great, as it was within walking distance to Kensington Palace and Hyde Park, and only a few minutes' walk to the tube. the room I stayed in, the Junior suite with executive floor access, was spacious and luxurious.

Not obvious to find, but once you know, the hotel is conveniently located next to a bridge that goes over the road and is directly across the street from a big supermarket.

Great service from the staff, especially the concierge team were really nice to help me retrieve my forgotten jacket and ship it back to the US for free. The executive lounge on the ground floor was a nice perk with good snacks and a comfortable atmosphere. The location of the hotel was also convenient, within walking distance of Earl's Court and Gloucester Road tube stations.

The rooms were on the smaller side, to be expected in London, but still worth noting. the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was quite disappointing, with cold and unappetizing food options.
